Carrie R. Frank has been practicing law for over 20 years and is a partner with Klein | Frank, P.C. where her practice focuses on personal injury cases. Carrie also has a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and was a practicing therapist, which is valuable for her work as a trial consultant and in running focus groups. Carrie has been running focus groups and doing trial consulting work since 2002. She has taught extensively in the AAJ Overcoming Jury Bias, Case Workshop and Case Plus programs and has taught at AAJ’s The Ultimate trial advocacy course. Carrie was also one of the faculty for AAJ’s inaugural programs of Case Planning, Rules of the Road College and Mega College which utilize concepts of Damages, Rules of the Road, the Reptile and Jury Bias. Carrie has been rated one of the top 3000 Lawyers by LawDragon for many years, has been recognized as a SuperLawyer since 2009 and is in Best Lawyers in America. Carrie also teaches and speaks throughout the country at both national and state programs and is a past-trustee of the National College of Advocacy Board of Trustees, the education arm of AAJ and is a “Diplomate” and has completed AAJ’s “Advanced Studies in Trial Advocacy” program.
