DesiRae Kraft is a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in attachment-based, trauma-informed therapy for high-achieving women and couples navigating burnout, anxiety, disconnection, conflict, grief, and life transitions. Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR, she helps clients identify and shift the patterns that keep them stuck so they can heal, reconnect, and build secure, healthy relationships.

She is particularly attuned to midlife professionals questioning identity, longing to feel more at home in themselves, or struggling to feel seen by those they love.

With over 20 years of professional, educational, and lived experience, DesiRae brings depth, steadiness, and compassion to her work. Her evidence-based approaches integrate systemic, relational, and somatic perspectives grounded in decades of research on adult attachment and relationship health. Creating a clear path toward stronger communication, resilience, and lasting change so you can root in mental, emotional, and spiritual wholeness.
