The CTLA Convention takes place at the Grand Hyatt Vail (1300 Westhaven Dr., Vail, CO 81657).

*Room rates do not include resort lodging fees and sales tax. Deposit and cancellation policies as well as early check-in and late checkout information are available at the Grand Hyatt Vail and Antlers Vail. No shows, early departures and late arrivals will be billed for the entire room amount.

There is a $75 cancellation charge before July 24, 2026. Any cancellation received after July 24th cannot be honored but substitution of attendees is allowed.
