2023 CTLA Annual Convention

Convention takes place at the Grand Hyatt Vail (1300 Westhaven Dr., Vail, CO 81657) from Thursday, August 3 through Saturday, August 5.

Grand Hyatt Vail
The CTLA Convention takes place at the Grand Hyatt Vail (1300 Westhaven Dr., Vail, CO 81657).  The daily resort fee is $15 plus tax per night. The nightly valet parking fee is $20 per vehicle.

Attendees must book their stay between August 3rd and August 5th to take advantage of the CTLA group rates. For ease, please use the link below when reserving your hotel stay.  You must use group code: G-QGKR to access the CTLA group rates.  Please note that reservations outside of this time frame and/or not using this code will be unavailable.

*Room rates do not include resort lodging fees and sales tax. Deposit and cancellation policies as well as early check-in and late checkout information are available at the Grand Hyatt Vail. No shows, early departures and late arrivals will be billed for the entire room amount.

There is a $75 cancellation charge before July 28, 2023. Any cancellation received after July 26th cannot be honored but substitution of attendees is allowed.
